HOW TO USE:

Setting Up The Pillowcase

1. Place the pillowcase on the pillow.

2. Insert one end of the Earthing cord into the ground port (third hole) of a properly grounded wall outlet or connect it to the cord of an Earthing ground rod placed in the Earth outside.

3. Snap the other end of the Earthing cord onto the receptor tab on the pillowcase.

4. When lying down, any bare skin contact will facilitate the transfer of Earth’s energy to your body once the sheet is connected.

How To Wash and Care For Your Earthing Sheet:

Do's:

• Wash a minimum of 2x per month or weekly.
• Use a washing machine or opt for hand washing.
• Wash with warm water, approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 Celsius).
• Dry in a dryer on low or line dry.

Dont's:

• Avoid washing with bleach or fabric softeners.
• Do not use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents, or detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil.
• Refrain from using dryer sheet fabric softeners.
• Avoid applying lotions or body oils before bedtime.
